Thank you very much for that, I really do appreciate it.

Ohh I see and it's great you mangaed to sort through some stuff. :yep:

Oooh right, and yes please do let me know when.

Wow, they certainly sound rather stubborn! Very true and it's a shame their feedback and rating wasn't so good but what can we do? Hopefully there won't be as many customers who react in such a way in future.

Awesome, no worries

Yep, though I haven't sold anything yet due to technical difficulties!

Yep, will do

They were not a pleasant buyer... Overall the whole transaction wasn't great; if only they'd accurately described it! (Though if they'd have accurately tested/described it, and I'd known that only 7 MP3 players were any good, then I wouldn't have bought them!)

Have you ever had an issue with Windows Update where it was stuck on saying installing updates and you could only log into Windows in Safe Mode as a result? :colonhash: (I once did. :frown:)

Nope, I haven't ever had that, though if you got that, then the best thing would be to insert a Windows CD so that you had some sort of OS to get your files off (i.e. by doing a repair install) and then, once you've backed up everything, you'd do a full clean re-install of Windows.

Really? Because the best solution I read was to boot into safe mode, then delete a .xml file from somewhere.
