I don't know if this is any help to you now but Royal Holloway does a European Philosophy MA with specific focus on the continental tradition, especially that of the 20th century. It's not an especially renowned department due to its niche research interests and small faculty, but those who do teach there seem to have done some very interesting work (that of Rebecca Roache and Alexis Papazoglou).
