Rates of reactions, classic iodine clock

I'm doing this bit of work on rates of reactions using the iodine clock with potassium peroxodisulphate and potassium iodide. I've got loads of times for the reaction to change. Am I right in thinking that if I plot 1/time against concentration then if I get a straight line I will know that the reaction is first order for that reaction? What if it isn't a straight line? Can anyone give me any guidance on bringing temperature into it?

Does anyone even know the orders of reaction with regards to peroxodisulphate and iodide. I get 2 and 1 respectively.

Look in a data book.
