*Help* SHM

In SHM, if velocity is a maximum at the amplitude then why is Ke at its greatest when displacement is 0? Surely, KE and Velocity should peak at the same time?

Think you may be confused -- Velocity is 0 at amplitude (evidence in its displacement-time graph) and maximum when displacement is 0

I just confused by the equation Vmax=w*A as it suggested V is max when displacement is at its max. However, i realised that the actual equation is V=w sqrt(a^2-x^2), so it makes sense that at equillibrium v is max, as x=0. Sorry.
