I am having trouble with NVQ diploma level 3, Unit 5 question 2.2, I am having a lot of trouble finding a basic answer, looked on the internet, Vic Ashley's book just confuses me more, because to do a business model for innovation, is there not products, services and staff changes? Can you help.
