St dominics, henrietta barnett, RMS, parmiters or girls grammar??

i got an offer from St dominics, henrietta barnett, RMS, parmiters and girls grammar and im so lost which one to accept.
henrietta barnett is like 2 hours drive from where i live and st doms is prefferable for me but i got a scholarship to rms so im not sure where to go?? can anyone suggest pros and cons for each school and which u would pick and why?? of course it all depends on my gcse results but i need to accept the conditional offers n idk which one to accept!!

EDIT
I got into parmiters' - here are the reasons why I didnt go into the others

St dominics - too far away, out of the question - went to transition day and was quite pleasant tho but if i did pick this i would have had to get a train and walk for 45 mins and that would not have been worth it

Watford girls grammar - is srsly trash - the teachers, the school building - idek how its outstanding - it was a wreck - they didnt even have etiquettes and made all parents and students wait outside for transition day in the cold for like an hour - like lowkey get some benches fr .

RMS - if your muslim dont even think about this place unless u want to end up commiting suicide. lot of bullying asw - u can check their google reviews for that

henrietta barnet - the sixth form is NOT worth it at all - it is quite prestigious but u have to do all the work urself bcoz they expect u too. plus i live too far and wouldve charge 300 quid a month for travel

Parmiters - i ended up coming here - its quite nice, teachers are nice - the sixth form facilities are amazing

I go to Doms so ask whatever you like about that. If you got a scholarship for rms, I would chose that tbh. But it's up to you. How far away is rms from where you live?

st doms is super far away from me - i have to take the train then walk for 45 mins and idk if its worth it u know. but yh i got a scholarship to rms and its like half an hour drive from me but idk i went there and i felt like i didnt fit in. a bunch of people said st doms isnt worth it tho so im so lost coz i really wanted to go there tbh - but is it true that u get ur own personal tutors at st doms?

everyone gets tutors, but they’re like form tutors, and you have to meet with them for an one-to-one at least once every half term, I think. But you can go and talk to them whenever tbh.
If you can be bothered to go on such a long journey every day and you preferred doms, then go for it. I think all the open days are over, but maybe just try visiting both schools again to try and figure out which you prefer. I think there’s a bake sale at doms on the 18th April. I’ll have to double check but it’s open to the general public so you could try to go to things like that to get a better feel for the school. See if anything similar is going on at RMS that you could attend.

Guys does anyone know if doms offers a bursary and how to obtain one, because it might be beneficial for me. Also, ummm how hard will it be to make new friends at doms, as most of my friends are going claremont harris or staying in my sixth form. And uhh, did anyone attend the seminar at 5pm today?

I went today

ooh what subjects are you thinking of doing? Im planning on econ politics maths and maybe fm.

what? further maths!!? 😱 I'm thinking of maths, chemistry and biology since I want to go into the medical field - but im not sure if i should stick to 3 or do 4 - as a 4th i might do english probs but still debating about it...
what field do u want to go into in the future ?

Hahaahhaha. Im considering going into econ seems interesting or maybe politics if it isn't too troublesome. Politics I've heard is dangerous game, but ykw else is... medicine. Medicine is not for the weak, so stay calm. (my sister went into medicine). Good luck in what you wish to do in the future tho. I'm sure you'll be something great one day.

yh true - i wanted to go into politics but then I thought its kinda hard to please everyone and there will always be a bunch of people against u and many politicians get murdered so i thought id go into medicine - although i really hate diseases and blood and stuff but i really do want to help heal people but hopefully i'll get stronger with experience...
tysm - good luck 2 u as well and if u do fm for a levels then even more good luck coz im struggling with it at gcses and regretting picking it ...

oh tell me about it. fm is a pain in the ass. but anything to get an extra edge in applying to future unis ig. Politics is a dangerous game, but I'm not tryna be a politician. I think i want to help businesses navigate the political situation so they market products better, which is why i like econ. They go very hand in hand. but ykw tho i heard recently stress is an enhancer and doesn't diminish your performance. If you're feeling stressed rn, thats good, use it and get those grade 9s you deserve.

yh fr, i hate further maths - like how the flip am I supposed to memorise the matrix transformation thingies and don't even get me started on how they've managed to shove differentiation into graphs and trigonometric alien equations 😭
yh i think navigating businesses is a smart job and by the way u've explained it, I can tell its ur thing.
ur literally sooo sweet - tysm literally no one has comforted me so much 🤣 - i've finally sat down to revise for my spanish speaking this friday coz of ur motivation as well so tysm xx

I know people who went to HB and most didn't particularly enjoy it. Its certainly not worth travelling for.

RMS - its a bit crazy town but everyone seems to have a good time. If you're going on full scholarship, you'd be mad not to. If you're paying, I really think there are better options locally. If you're considering Parmiters, then seriously why not St Albans High School, which is better than all of the others.

yh i think im gonna rule out hb for definite then coz ive heard a lot of negative stuff about it + some kids committed suicide there so idk if i would wanna go there after that... its too late for me to apply to St Albans High School now and ive never heard of this skl b4 tbh so i think ill go rms then but i wanted to know if there was any racism there if anyone knows coz i went there and i just felt like it was just a whole lot of snooty rich white kids and im literally a brown asian so idk what 2 do??

I personally know three girls that went there. One was half-Japanese, one was half-afro carribean and one was black African.

Two of them were super super wealthy and the other one lived with her single mum in a council flat. Also, a lot of boarders are foreign students.

In my experience, rich white kids are never the problem people think they are. It's kids from places like Hertfordshire and North West London that think they are deprived, but are actually in the top 5% of the wealth globally - these are the kids that are trouble. All these idiots that think Hemel is Edmonton, or Watford is the South side of Chicago. My experience of public school is that people get teased (I suppose you could say bullied) for being too wealthy or "posh" rather than the other way around.
