**Couples welcome as double room, and no extra to the price**
**No specific tenant required.**
Plenty of storage space, long desk and place to eat.
The accommodation is near The City Center and Northumbria University only 5-10 minutes walk.

Additionally, I already signed contract for 51 weeks the real price is 154 pounds per week but I will pay for you 4 weeks. The contract started on 15 Sep 18 until 07 Sep 19.
