How do I seperate the 2 isomers produced in step 1 ? Do they have a different enough boiling point to be seperated by fractional distillation ?

Steam distillation.

The o-nitrophenol is steam volatile, and the para isomer is not volatile. The o isomer forms an internal H-bond.
