Bad ucat score 2340 is there a chance or dentistry????

I got a real bad score of 2340inspite of me predicted 39 IB points and A*GCSE triple science
I have worked hard and feel so frustrated
What shall I do ? I guess I am lower than the UCAT cut off
I am an international student....any help please.
I am so stressed and unsure what to do ?

It’s really difficult to get in even with an average score. I would say take the BMAT and apply to Leeds as well for dentistry. You can try applying to some UCAT unis but be prepared for rejections

Just to say a lot of applicants will have A* in gcse science.Definitely look at Leeds. Worse case scenario would be apply again next year having got your IB score and hopefully an improved UKCAT score. Good luck.

I got the same score as you (2390) for two consecutive years and I applied as a graduate with achieved 1st in Biomed and 40 in IB.
I got rejected from all 5-year programs. The unis I applied these two years were Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Belfast and QM. I got an interview in QM and Belfast (from the others got rejected pre-interview) and got rejected post-interview. :frown:
