1.Do you need to go to university to be a pilot?
2.What subjects do i need at A Level to be a pilot?

An engineering degree of some sort is not necessary but will likely improve your chances of getting hired. Maths physics further maths probably?

2. It’s not hugely important.

If you want to become a pilot you need to have the licences and ratings as necessary. Along with the soft skills that come with the job.

The whole “maths and physics” thing is a myth that has been pushed for decades by people who aren’t pilots.
