Border Force - Arctic Shores Assessments

How is everyone finding the new Arctic Shores game assessments for Border Force?

I desperately want a career in Border Force, however I failed the intake in October.
Yesterday I received a response to my email from Arctic Shores informing me that the games are designed to capture your personality, so revision isn't necessary and to be yourself.
This has left me feeling quite deflated because surely failing the games means I'm not the right fit for the job which I don't feel is accurate. I have never completed games like this before, and to be honest, I didn't quite understand them.

I studied Aviation, and I know a lot about the Home Office/Border Force. I was very confident after my studies, and I felt I would be a great fit for the job role, however I feel deflated that the games indicate I'm not the right fit for the job role.

Has anyone failed the games and then passed them when applying again? Are the games just pot luck, or actually based on your personality traits?
