My sub 1 is 32% in 100 which is 70 percentageAnd sub 2 is 64% in 100 which is 30 percentage What is my total score..,?

Your working is very unclear (to me) but I think what you may mean is that an exam (or similar) is made up of two modules or papers (or similar), with each module being marked out of 100, and that module 1 contributes 70% of the marks for the whole exam while module 2 contributes 30% of the marks for the whole exam.

In that case, consider that a score of 100% in module 1 will be scaled to 70% in the exam as a whole, while a score of 100% in module 2 will be scaled to 30% in the exam as a whole. The module scores you actually achieved have to be scaled in exactly the same way.
