CLEAPSS Hazcards

Hi, I can't find a definitive answer for the question what are CLEAPSS Hazcards? and how do they ensure health and safety at work is maintained?

CLEAPSS Hazcards are a resource you can use to aid you in writing risk assessments for experiments, because they tell you the hazards associated with different chemicals and at different concentrations. For example, if the Hazcard states something as an irritant, you should wear goggles and gloves to handle it.
