I just had the first day of my BTEC art exam and I hate what I've done?

I've been painting a fortune teller/chatterbox thing and using gouache but i hate what I've painted not in a self critical way or anything its just not as good as anything i've done for my coursework. I have 5 hours left and I desperately need an idea to turn it around idk if I've given enough information for it but im stressing a bit. I've been getting a level 2 distinction for all my projects until now and I don't want to ruin it
