Too vague of a statement. An ideal EPQ question, not statement should focus on a singular aspect of dental practice (I'm assuming this is probably a dissertation and not an artefact or something else)

Ideally, you should be looking at a particular problem in dental practice - ie. What are some issues with infection control in dental practice, and what type of solutions can be employed to solve/reduce patient risk? (Obviously not a refined title but somewhat more focused). You can then go on to talk about the various aspects of current dental practice that cause infection - from the dentist, air particulates?, equipment (do specific RPMs of drills increase the risk of infection? just to name one niche example) etc. ; The most common infections/risks posed by lack of infection control, giving data from ideally both primary and secondary sources ; the issues of infection - what larger scale problems do they pose? to both the patient and the practice ; then gold standards in dental disinfection - what methods do we use right now and how effective are they? ; and finally, ways in which research has shown can reduce cross-infection - that in tech, in equipment, in cross-infection control by professionals and more.

Obviously this is an example that can be much further improved on, as it took less than 4 minutes to think of, but remember there are many aspects to explaining a question/topic, and in all honesty the example above probably isn't "specific" enough.

This isn't limited to infection control (although it does seem more straightforward), if you want to go more technical there's everything from dental techniques in fillings, holding of dental drills for professionals, communication with patients, really, thousands of problems that you can find in dentistry.

Something like this should be well thought out in advance, especially if you're in your first few stages of the EPQ, and hopefully you have a title before the Mid-project review. Hope this helps!
