Spring in Kingston: Hampton Court Palace

If you are looking to catch some seasonal spring blooms, why not head down to Hampton Court to catch the tulips before they go! :colondollar:
Located just across the river from the Kingston Town centre, you can easily get to Hampton Court by taking a 10 minute bus ride on bus 111, 216 or 411 from Kingston Station (Stop R).

As someone who is from a tropical climate, flowers like tulips are impossible to come by except in specialised greenhouses or botanical gardens. Walking through rows and rows of tulips of different varieties and the massive gardens was a real treat for me. Aside from tulips you can also catch some bluebells and blooming wisteria trees crawling all over! :h:

Do note that the palace grounds are large and it can take a whole day to get through every single room as well as the gardens! Off-peak prices for students are £23.10 on Wednesdays and remember to get an audio guide if you are curious about the history of the palace!

How do you like to enjoy spring? Know of any other great places to catch seasonal blooms? Are you interested in the history of the palace?
Feel free to write them down in the comments below!
