Spring in Kingston: Hiking in Richmond Park

Are you a fan of long walks or hiking in nature?
What are some activities you do to relax?
If you are, you should know that Richmond Park is only a quick bus ride away from the Kingston town centre! You can easily enter the park through one of the southern gates such as the Kingston or Ladderstile Gate.

One of the main trails you can take is the Tamsin trail which takes you along the edges of the park. The entire trail is about 7.35 miles and would take an estimate of 2.5 to 4 hours depending on your walking pace. Richmond park is also home to deers so do keep your eyes out for them! :u:

Another prime spot to check out this spring would be the Isabella Plantation which is known for its evergreen azaleas which line the streams and ponds in the woodland garden. As of last Tuesday, about 40% of the azaleas have started blooming, so it might be a good time to head down for a picnic or hike soon!
