Make sure you get enough sleep and downtime in a day. Don’t go on devices too soon before sleeping, and when revising. During a break, go outside or away from your workspace and ensure your exercise at least once a day. Eat healthy and good food that you enjoy, and try and put the exams into proportion - they are not the end of the world and you will be alright if you don’t do as well as you hoped, even if it may not feel like it now. hey! i know how you feel, its really frightening to think theyre so soon :frown: but im also very excited to get them out the way with! and never forget, your never alone :smile:

all we can do is our best, as people thats all we can really do! whatever happens, everything will be okay! worst scenario is that we would have to resit the exams but that shouldn’t happen!

some advice id give is study mainly for the subjects you feel less confident on, im mainly studying for my exams during the first and second week because we have half term inbetween luckily for the rest :tongue:

we can do this!!!! you will do great, we are all in this together!!!
