A level chem help needed. question about molecular ions??

what does this question even mean? how can a molecule form a molecular ion? only way i can think of is in a TOF spectrometer

Bombard the molecule with a load of electrons, and there'll be enough energy to knock off an electron from the molecule, thus forming an M+ ion

ohhh i think i get it now, its just about which molecule has a different molecular formula basically then so the answer is c since it has no oxygen. i was getting confused since they all had the same Mr. thanks again blobfish 😁
