They put me on waiting list as well :frown:

any idea when they will let us know about the final decision? Is it on 26th ? Tbh I can’t wait for it.

I don't know when they will let us know, I thought it would've been today (26/05/23) that they would've told us the final decision. Have you heard anything back from them yet since?

Nope, but I rang the admission team today and they told me that they can not give me a specific deadline as it depends on the candidates who received their offer and if someone decline their offer then they will contact us.

It's so normal to be feeling nervous, it's a whole new chapter of your life! But I'm sure you're going to have the best time ever and meet some wonderful people. Are you thinking about joining a club or society?

Can I please ask why people are doing the PA course? Job prospects as a PA have reduced due to the pending court case. So why waste £20k+ with no job prospects?

Once regulation hits it will smooth out. The BMA has no authority over the GMC and as of right now, if you scour forums of doctors they're all quite despondent about the matter. The GMC has already won and it won't ever actually go to court. The BMA are just going to grift a bunch of money from their members to fight an already lost battle. That being said, we as PA's do still need to develop a scope that's suitable for all.
