Measure the length of the thickest part of droplet X in mm, then ÷500 to find actual size, then convert to micrometers. For the uncertainty, assume the uncertainty in your measured length is +-1mm, because this is the smallest resolution on your ruler. convert this to the real size: 1÷500 = 0.002mm =2 micrometers
