How is the answer D here when the sample is dissolved in a solvent in electrospray ionisation so shouldnt the answer be C?

If you remember the electrospray ionisation process, the mixture of the analyte and solvent is dispersed into an aerosol once it is put under the high voltage leaves the nozzle.

The aerosol can be thought of as a gaseous mixture.
