Evaluation of Double Integrals

Evaluate the double integral (x-y) dxdy over D, where D is where D is the region above the x axis and bounded by 3x=y^2 and x = 4 - y^2

Are the limits of this integration as follows?

0<=y<=sqrt(3)*x

0<=x<=1

Or any other values?

Thats only one of the parabolas? Why not integrate over x first from the left parabola to the right parabola?
