What criteria is informing your list? Sheffield for example is a way nicer city than London or Oxford for that matter.

Another post about how if you do not go study at RG university your degree is useless.

When people finish higher education and start applying for jobs both graduate and non graduate that most employers care about the person experience soft skills not were they went to university.

Most universities are very could at turning out bartenders and RG universities are very could turning out people who feel their good to be bartenders etc and go travelling why still living of their family.
