Greek GCSE in 1 Year
My school offers the opportunity to take the Greek GCSE in Year 11 along with one’s other GCSEs. If I decide to work hard enough, I believe I can do well in this language. However, is this timeline so unrealistic that it will be difficult to get a good grade in it?

If the school offers it they obviously think it is possible for people. Have a chat to the teacher but if you think you'd be interested and it won't impact your other subjects too much, I'd say give it a go
