Equity Research Analyst

Hi, just thought I'd ask for some advice. I was wondering what sort of things I need to do to be more attractive to equity research roles. Any tips?

I am currently in audit at one of the big 4 and work in the finance unit, so I work closely with quite large asset wealth management and insurance firms. I have all first-time passes at the moment and will most likely end with that.

I went to a Target uni and completed a degree in Econ with a 2.1. I'd appreciate any advice.
