Disaplinary

Hi, I have applied to do learning disability nursing and social work. However, they asked if I had any warnings/ disaplinary, etc, and I do. I gave a brief description of what happened.( I just put drug error on form) and didn't go into to much detail. Basically, it was a drug error. No harm came to the patient but got disaplined because even though another nurse and I both missed it I was disaplined because I didn't have a signature on my iv competences. And they classed me as being in charge of the ward as I was working with an agency nurse. ( Only 2 of us on the ward ) feel like I was thrown under a bus. Now I am concerned it will prevent me getting on the course. What do you think will happen. Thanks for helping xx
