orbitals and subshells

Hi, please could someone explain the different between orbitals and subshells please? I'm really confused because in a video i watched it said orbitals are subshells rotated in a different direction x,y,x etc but in another place it says orbitals are just space and it also says there are s,p and d subsheels but also s,p and d orbitals. Please could someone help, thanks!
Orbitals - region of space around a nucleus, hold 2 electrons with opposite spins
You got s orbitals, p orbitals, d orbitals (the one you need to know for A Level)
Sub shell - group of orbital of same type
S subshell - contain one s orbital
P subshell - contain three p orbital
d subshell - contain five d orbital

Hi thanks for this, but what do you mean by orbital of the same type? Is subshells therefore a collective name for all the for example, p orbitals? Thanks!

Yes - that would be the p subshell

Sorry, so what does orbitals of the same type mean?

The same s, p or d orbital
P subshell - only contain p orbitals
Orbitals in the same sub-shell have the same energy level

ohhh ok, are the three p orbitals just px, py and pz then?
