Moles question

Hi, so I think I’ve found an error in the worked example for a question but when I told my chemistry teacher she sort of shut me off and said she’s been using the answers for many years and there’s no error in it. It’s making me doubt what I’ve done/think. So can someone check the Ans for me please?

The first picture is the model ans. the last one is my ans.

I remember that question from Chemsheets, and it's worth noting that Chemsheets answers can occasionally be inaccurate.
