Yes this is definitely possible. You look strongest in arts & humanities subjects, and therefore a focus on science subjects should help you improve your grades. This might require a bit of extra work, but there's lots of resources on the internet. Is there any aspect of science that might be putting you off the subject?

I didn’t have a teacher for my sciences for a few months and in maths I had a lot of movement with teachers but at the moment everything is very stable and I have better teachers than I did then. However chemistry is a struggle I have loads of knowledge gaps.

Good that you've got better teachers in a more stable environment.

If you struggle with chemistry, I really recommend trying to go back over the entirety of content you've been taught so far, start to finish but make sure you really understand each topic before looking at the next one - you'll struggle on the harder stuff if you haven't got the basics down.

Closer to actual exams (once you've been taught all the content on each paper) just do all the past papers you can find for sciences and mark them yourself. But it is very possible for you to achieve your desired grades as long as you put in the work
