What are other alternative places and courses to improve my gcse's besides college?

The college in my area is not great for personal reasons I do not wish to discuss and I don't wish to go back to college, so what other alternative places or online websites could I go to for improving my GCSE grades so I can study law? I got a 3 in maths and english.
Check out the Open University online, for degrees and they have a sister website for GCSEs and A levels.

There is also sitting an exam as a private student through an Exam Centre - have a look at the Edxcel website to find your local centre. That way you study at home and go to the centre to sit the exams.

After the age of 18 the adult education centres kick in for GCSE and Alevels as well as diplomas courses etc.

PS The OU does not use the normal point system and does do bursaries, thus you don’t need A levels to do a degree.
