Hi I have just recently been diagnosed with dyslexia and wondered if I should state this on my UCAS form (want to apply here for a psychology degree) but worried they may not accept me because of it. Any advice?

Just the opposite.
It allows the Uni to make sure that they provide the appropriate assistance for you, and support your application for disability funding for specialist equipment such as a heavily discounted laptop.
