I need someone to take over my tenancy. The agreement is uptil Sept 2024. Its a student accomodation shared flat with 4 other bedrooms. Shared Kitchen and shared bathroom and shared toilet. This is at £115 per week. Electricity, wifi, water bill included. Its 10 min walk to uni of leicester, 10 min walk to dmu, 10 min to city centre and railway station. Available now.
