Hi, please could I have help in this question? I thought the answer would be D because it makes more sense however it is C? I thought C is wrong because it isn’t at a speed of 0, it’s at an acceleration of 0 but at a constant speed?

The person who created the document has made a typo in the answer.
The answer is indeed D from UCLES 2015.
