Student Roost tenancy takeover, Mealmarket Exchange, Aberdeen

Hi all, I'm looking for someone to take over my room at Mealmarket exchange in Aberdeen, as I'm deferring the year and will no longer be able to stay there.
It's a comparatively spacious and modern double room, with ensuite, lots of storage (including under the bed) and a big desk. there is a shared kitchen with four other female students, who are all very friendly and respectful. The flat is generally fairly quiet, and most of the flat work. I'm hoping to move out at some point over the Christmas holidays, so the room would be available pretty much as soon as you're ready.
