The rent is £145 per week (£621 per calendar month.) This is a price that also includes the utility bills, so you won't have to pay separately for electricity, heating, water or wifi. It also includes an on-site gym, so you won't have to pay for a gym membership either. My flatmates are all students. There are 5 females and 1 male, all early twenties. Everyone is very lovely and fun, but also respectful and not noisy late at night. The room is on the first floor but there is a lift so there are no accessibility issues.
