Spare room in Coventry

Hey! we are a group of three living in a house for four people and we are searching for a 4th flatmate for the next academic year lease starting September 2024. Is anyone interested ? Our house is close to Earlsdon high street and both to Warwick University and Coventry University. Bus stop close to property and Earlsdon high street is just a short walk to the train station. The room is an ensuite that 9.8msq with TV in every-room. we are paying 447.50 pcm pp, bills excluded (£50 per month). The Broadband is an Unlimited Broadband 350mb fibre broadband/wifi & Virgin TV and is included in price and the house has been recently renovated. Washing machine and tumble dryer included.
