University of Liverpool English Literature and Business

Hello, I recently got accepted to study English Literature at the University of Liverpool in 2025. I've always been interested in possibly combining it with Business, but I couldn't find that option on the university's website. I'm wondering if English Literature with Business is something I can pursue, and if it's possible to add it now since I've already applied for just English Literature. Thank you.
