Hi
You have the right grades and predicted grades, but they are only a small part of the application. As you have already said, you will need to have a strong BMAT. It also will help if you can have some medically related work/ voluntary experience and if you can research academic areas beyond the syllabus . This is particularly important for Oxford. Write a strong personal statement discussing the above , with your own views and opinions in it. Hopefully this will get you to interview. At interview you would need to demonstrate “ the beginnings of a good bedside manner”, ie be pleasant and likeable, and demonstrate your passion for the academic side of medicine ( beyond the A level syllabus). I think that people get too hung up on contextual stuff tbh. You have as good a chance as anyone else, go for it! ( and good luck 😊)
