University of Wolverhampton sept 2013

Hi!
I have applied to do a BEd in Primary teaching at the Walsall campus starting in September. I have been offered a place and I was just wondering if there are any other people also hoping to come and if there are any who will be on the same course!
I thought it would be nice to get to know people who I may end up living with as of September

I think I'm going to go for the standard accommodation - it's a bit cheaper! I remember seeing the ensuite ones on the open day - they were really nice  Sarah xx

Hi Bains, I'm not sure if this is the right answer to your question but I'm currently doing a it course and I can do a PCGE (I think thats the name of it) which would enable me to become a teacher after my degree.

I've had my interview for Wolves for primary teaching and got a conditional offer! To get in, apart from qualifications, you need to pass the key skills test (look on the teaching agency website_). As to the interview, I started a thread called 'Primary Education at Walsall' - that might be helpful if you want to know about the interview xx
Hi everyone

I have a conditional offer to study on Walsall campus to study childhood and family studies with special needs and inclusion studies  Anyone doing the same course?

I also applied for one of the en-suite rooms but I haven't heard back from them offering me one yet, just an email confirming my application.

Would be nice to chat to people before I start

Hi Kat, the accomadation will probs be a few weeks and you will get an offer they have only started taking them for second years etc I wouldn't worry much about it as you applied early you will get your first choice. I applied around May when I was applying and they got back with in a few weeks for me I also got my first choice

Hi dude unsure how it will work but you might get your place but you might not only time you will find out is when you get your results. I got much better results and they offered me to change course cause my old one stopped or something but I know people who are on it so its still running I believe.
