Midwifery structure

Hi,
I have interviews for Midwifery at both Wolverhampton and Staffordshire.
Does anybody know the structure of the course at all please.
When theory is and how many days a week and when placements tend to run?
Is it like nursing at WLV? Theory Sept-Jan and placement from January?
With 2-3 days of theory?

Thank you in advance.

These are all good questions to ask at your interview if it has not been covered on the course pages on the uni websites.
Hi @SEM007
For Staffs, the best people to contact are our Enquiries Team - [email protected]
They should be able to advise on any timetabling information or put you in touch with someone on the course team.
Kind regards,
^Shaun

Hi!, I know a little bit about the midwifery degree at university of staffordshire. I know that in Stafford, as part of the university they have a health innovation centre! and in there they have like real life and real time experiences, they use things like dolls/mannequins and they will quite literally give birth haha. The technology they have is incredible, it might be worth you checking it out some time when they have their open days 🙂 regards, Jade -student and content creator
