I just came back lol. I managed to do 25meters without breathing with an average of about 20 seconds each. I need to speed up lol, where are you going to do the course as I am searching all over for a cheap one, as I got to fund it myself, so I can get a part time job lol.

Mine isn't that cheap, don't remember the exact price - I'm going to do it at another local leisure to me, then hopefully work at the centre I go to

Well I can also see why, but it doesn't mean that I have to think the neg is justified. If I do a course in a local place, they are willing to fund some of the costs for me - since the staff/lifeguards etc know me well

What course will you do? Instructor? Lifeguard?

TBH I don't mind the cost but for me it is an investment as I do not ask my parents for money ever, hell they don't even buy me clothes, I make it myself. But the point is I can't afford to waste the little money that I do have. Also I want to be a lifeguard, the people don't really know and surely they will not pay for me, here everyone is too greedy to fund me lol the MPs steal all the money.

aha, why don't you ask them if they have a bursary thingy? I know a few which do and they pay some bits for you if you can't afford the full amount

I emailed them, but if they say no, I guess I won't do it lol. I'll rather just work someone for free and get experiences and carry on with my studies- just wanted to make a bit more cash for some things I do.
