turkey salad (roast turkey chunks, little gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, sugar snap peas, pickled beetroot, soy chilli ginger dressing)
strawberry and mango tea
raisin and hazelnut frusli bar
granny smith apple
homemade chicken ramen with a poached egg
dry raisin oats and more cereal
orange options hot chocolate with mini marshmallows

A minestrone cup a soup
Red grapes
A rhubarb Activia yoghurt
Copious amounts of my mum's homemade ginger cake

Porridge
Had a picnic with the best friend. Had cheese and tomato pasta, lots of grapes, apple slices, strawberry, blueberry and banana smoothie, Maltesers, and a big bag of onion rings and cheese puffs between us. :h:
Came home to a homemade vegetable curry and basmati rice

Breakfast: coco pops

Lunch: tomato & chicken pasta

Dinner: a plain baugette (sheer laziness)

Supper: 2 slices of fruit loaf & a strawberry trifle

Breakfast-80g of bran cereal 3 whole eggs

lunch- 2 wraps one with tuna one with turkey + 70g of low fat chees

dinner-200g chicken 100g peas 100g sweetcorn

altogether 127g carbs 170g protein 45g fat = about 1700 calories

Getting ripped :smile:

You all eat like nothing :O Am usually starving 1 hour after the first meal.

It was my birthday yesterday so we went out for tea

I have eaten so much I can't be bothered to list it all out...
fried egg and toast, cup of tea - breakfast half a tube of pringles and half large galaxy caramel feel like a pig :L
Yesterday was a truly gluttonous occasion. I had 6 (yes, you read that right) burgers after a pineapple and coconut smoothie for breakfast, and a bean salad for lunch. :eek:

Lunch: salsa twister wrap meal with diet pepsi (treat for friday :tongue:)

Dinner: just picked at a small portion of cold chicken and couscous & some fresh bread followed by a mini trifle

Yesterday;

Strawberry nutrigrain bar

BLT (but I picked the tomato out) sandwich with a bag of crisps

Boyfriend took me out to Wagamama's, I had chicken teriyaki donburi and we shared a side of chicen gyoza :coma: was amazing! Boy had pork ramen.
Banana and kiwi and a bit if some left over chicken and chorizo (with garlic bread and salad)

Breakfast: toast and jam

No lunch

Dinner: eating some good soul food at the moment :coma: rice n peas, curry chicken, roast lamb, mac and cheese, roast potatoes and greens. Soo good.
