Can I eat pasta bake that was left out overnight

I forgot to put my pasta bake in the fridge overnight and I don’t really want to throw it away. It was like 2-8 degrees last night and the heating wasn’t on it my house so will it be alright to just eat it? I’m quite poor and it’s a lot of food so I don’t want to waste it lol. I’m going to heat it up in the microwave and I’m not that bothered about food poisoning but it has salami in it. I couldn’t get a tape worm or anything could I?
Like reheat it thoroughly but yeah all good.
