Differentiation problem

Hey, I am not sure how to go about doing this. It asks me to show that the volume of a cylinder is a maximum when the length is equal to the diameter. I am not sure what to do, can someone explain? Thank you

I have solved it now, i forgot to mention that the area is fixed but its done now.
do you knmow what r = e^(atheta) looks like
where a > 0
