Yeah, I'll do yours now. It's an adapted version of Fleming's Visual Auditory Kinaesthetic test. I adapted it to use only Visual and Auditory options due to these being the only senses we're engaged with when watching TV adverts.

Just noticed something on (I think) the third page of your survey. The one with 5 questions and a 5 point likert scale on it. The scale says "slightly difficult / agree a litte" when I think it should say "slightly easy / agree a little".
