My dissertation is investigating non-use of UK public libraries for those in the 18-24yrs old age category. I am specifically looking for people in this age category to help me complete a questionnaire who have never used a public library or have not used one in the last year. In all, the survey should take around 15-20 minutes to complete. Thank you!
