The last one was the tick box of the glycerol, phospholipid and cholesterol. I am not sure which order but I believe the questions were:
Useful in membrane stability
Contains fatty acids
Insoluble in water

Cannot remember the other 3

He forgot to put the units for one of the columns, he gave the wrong units for time in the last column (the noob put (m) like wat the heck), and the final error was the he said "amount" of pepsin instead of "volume". :smile:

Contains only Oxygen, Carbon and hydrogen
One of the questions asked about the structure of antibodies and their function and the last question was the lipid table, what is the test for lipids and what is the lipid content of mycoprotein (Quorn) compared to animal meat

For the haemoglobin and collagent 8 marker could you have spoken about their structure? E.g. primary, secondary, tertiary and quat for haemoglobin and then the collagen molecules and things for collagen?

I think you could say they have different sequence of amino acids in primary structure which leads to have different 3-d shapes in tertiary structure. Collage has 35% glycine in its molecule and hase covalent bond between college molecules that are known as cross-linked . Collage 3 polypeptide chains, haemoglobin 4polypeptide chains . Collagen is left handed alpha helix
No hydrophilic,hydrophobic attraction in collagen
