Science GCSE (enzymes)

Does anyone know a good video/exercise that I can do that will help me learn about enzymes and how they work. I keep reading the page about it in my textbook but I just can't understand it 😕

So this one has a brief animation for the first 20 seconds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PILzvT3spCQ
This one (3:45 - 5:10) uses catalase and H2O2 as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ok9esggzN18
They're not fantastic videos but they cover the basics of it.

As for activities, I actually found a tin can opener very revelatory - it uses an active site (the blades) which only fits on shape (the round can lid) to separate the 'molecule' into components (lid + body). The tin can opener can open many tins because it isn't used up in the process.

Hope this helps.
Maybe this?
I can help if you if you need help! I loved the enzymes topic and I was really good
