hi just wondering if you sketch the equation of 3/fx/ for this graph, would you multiply the asymptote by 3 as well ? Or will it remain as 2?

So y=2 becomes y=6 ? why is that because I thought it wouldn't have any effect on the asympotote...

Why did you think that?

f(x)->3f(x) multiplies all y-coordinates by 3. That includes horizontal asymptotes which you can think of as a set of y-coordinates.
